Welcome to the e Ticket Reservation Service offered by the Department of National Zoological Gardens.
Reserve Tickets Online
Department of National Zoological Gardens manages four institutes in Sri Lanka - Dehiwala Zoo, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Pinnawala Zoo and Safari Park Ridiyagama under their management. Department focuses on faunal Ex-situ conservation, Breeding, Animal Welfare, Research, Education and public recreation.
This eservice facilitates the public to reserve entry tickets prior to the visit of each institute. A QR code will be generated and be printed on the receipt which will be used to validate the ticket at the entrance.
Payments can be made using the electronic card facility.
Check Ticket Status
This is the facility where a person who has reserved a ticket online can check the status of his/ her booking by providing the transaction number. This gives the user the facility to re-print and download the ticket with reservation details and the QR code. The user can get the confirmation SMS by sending the following text to 1919
